Return Policy

At Meadowmoon, we sincerely hope that you like your purchase and that it fully meets your expectations. However, we recognise that circumstances may change and you may require an exchange or refund.

To align with our commitment to sustainability, our brand emphasises eco-friendly practices. To reduce the environmental impact associated with delivery returns, we kindly urge you to carefully review our sizing guides before making a purchase. Ensuring the correct size not only minimises returns but also supports our shared goal of environmental conservation. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Please note that for international orders, the refund amount may vary from the original amount paid due to fluctuations in exchange rates, which are out of our control.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your item to inform us you would like a return by emailing info@meadowmoonclothing.com. We will then email you with our returns address. Once you have emailed to let us know you would like to return an item, it must be received within 14 days from the day you told us you would like to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the item you desire. To avoid any confusion, it is best to place your new order once we have refunded your return.

Shipping

As a small business we are unfortunately unable to cover shipping costs, therefore you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
