Shipping Policy

We currently offer free shipping for all orders worldwide over £125.

All of our orders are Made To Order to minimise waste and increase eco-friendly practices.

We aim to print and deliver items as quickly as possible. However, since all products are made to order, we recommend allowing 3-4 days for production, especially during busy periods.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location but estimated times are as follows:

UK 3 - 5 days

EU 5 - 10 days

International 10 - 20 days

Shipping Costs

UK - £4.50

EU - £7

International - £7.50

All orders destined for the EU are customs free up to a value of €150.

When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK, depending on the destination, your product may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and you will be required to settle these yourself, so please check your local fees before ordering.

Due to the couriers we use we are currently unable to offer a tracking number for orders outside of the UK. This is something we are working on but please be assured that your order is on it's way.

Delays 

Please note, we cannot be responsible for delays with the shipping provider or courier. Please allow a few days after the recommended time for delivery to allow for any potential delays. Once this time has passed if your delivery still hasn't arrived please email us at info@meadowmoonclothing.com to inform us of this, so we can investigate. 

Return Shipping

As a small business we are unfortunately unable to cover shipping costs, therefore you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. To read more about our returns, please view our Returns Policy.
